How does an unlicensed citygal drive a tractor? With engines roaring of course.
- Insert key and start engine – Gear needs to be in P for Park, otherwise the engine won’t start
- Press down with left foot on the clutch – This enables gear shifting
- Shift gear
- Lift implement – A rototiller was attached and level with the ground. I did not want to tear up a passthrough lane so needed to lift the implment off the ground
- Slowly lift clutch – With gear in forward, the tractor will jolt to life and roll
